DESCRIPTION:The Skinny on Your Money, based on the award winning book series of the same title, is an informative and entertaining half-hour weekly magazine format television series about personal finance hosted by Jim Randall.
Covering topics such as banking, real estate, credit cards, investments/investing, mortgages, retirement, and strategies for entrepreneurial success, The Skinny on Your Money targets real people with real financial issues.
Along with covering key financial topics, Jim will conduct interviews with guest entrepreneurs, investors, executives, as well as real people with an interesting financial story to tell, which will help to educate our audience.
The series will be shot both in-studio as well as outside the studio setting. Several times in each program, we'll see our host interacting with the public in unscripted and entertaining Man on the Street interviews. Jim will also visit various locations such as a gas station, bank, office or store to make his message resonate.
